Six things we never compromise on.
Tibidabo is steep, traffic in Barcelona is real, and weather changes fast. Here is what we put in place so you only have to think about riding.
Experienced guides
Every guide has 10+ years riding and racing Collserola. No rookies, no shortcuts. Your guide is your reference for safety and route choices for the entire tour.
Mechanic support
Bikes are checked and maintained after every ride. During the tour the guide carries spare tubes, tools and a quick on-bike fix kit to keep the ride going. All bikes are also fitted with lights for high visibility.
Weather protocol
We reschedule for free if forecasts cross our wind, rain or heat thresholds.
Small groups
We train you on how to behave on Barcelona roads, which can be chaotic on peak days, especially in the first kilometres leaving the centre. Our rule is a maximum of 4 riders per guide, so we can give full attention to the group and avoid dangerous situations.
